What browers does this site support? We support Internet Explorer 7 and 8, Firefox version 6, and Google Chrome version 13. These can be downloaded from http://windows.microsoft.com, http://www.mozilla.com, and http://www.google.com/chrome respectively.


When I click the "Open Selected PDF" button on the "Search" page, no screen pops up: In order to allow our website to diplay these pdfs, you must disable your pop-up blocker.

If you are using Internet Explorer, go to the top of the page, click the bar that says "Pop-up blocked" and select the option which says "Always Allow Pop-ups from this Site..." and then click yes when the box pops up asking if you want to allow pop-ups from urcerts.com.

If you are using Firefox, go to the top of the page, click the options button on the tab saying "Firefox prevented this site from opening a pop-up window." and select the option labeled "Allow pop-ups for urcerts.com"


If you are using Chrome, go to the top of the page, click the picture of a window with an x through it right next to the star. Select the button labeled "Always allow pop-ups from urcerts.com" and click the link which reads "urcerts.com/certificates/...pdf".



How do I change my password? If you are logged in, logout. Then navigate to the login page and click the link labeled "change password." Then login using the appropriate box and finally use the box on your right to change the password. Alternatively you can click here and then login if you are not and then use the box on your right to change the password.


I click the "Open Selected PDF" button on the "Search" page, my browser attempts to save the PDF instead of viewing it: This means that you do not currently have a program installed to view pdf files. To fix this, go to http://get.adobe.com/reader/ and download Adobe Reader.
